Our mission is to give booksellers a strong voice in the public sphere. Bookshops have an essential role in society as places of culture and in supporting learning and literacy. Our role is to continuously promote awareness of the beneficial role of bookshops among decision-makers at European level. We strive to ensure the best possible regulatory framework and business environment for the trade in a commodity of special cultural value.
